Responsible for strategic and technical aspects of the supply chain process, including but not limited to supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, and operations management:

• Managing end-to-end supply chain process planning and strategy
• Collaborating and coordinating with supply chain partners to ensure execution of sourcing, warehousing, fulfilment, and delivery processes run efficiently and effectively

Managing Global Supply Chain Planning (especially at Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning levels until Demand and Supply Planning level) of some internal brands (in all channels B2B and B2C) as sales support function:

• Gathering, monitoring, reviewing, evaluating, and analysing sales forecast, sales performance (sell-in and sell-out), and sales trends
• Coordinating with cross-functional divisions in building financial rolling sales/demand forecast and sales allocation (monthly, quarterly, and yearly)
• Coordinating and preparing stock availability with logistics team, managing and monitoring inventory level, and also proceeding with stock transfer to fulfil sales plan, achieve sales target, and improve sales growth
• Building financial rolling purchase/supply plan (monthly, quarterly, and yearly) based on validated sales/demand forecast
• Coordinating and communicating approved purchase/supply plan to supplier/principal, finance, importation, and logistics team
• Assisting weekly or monthly consensus meetings (S&OP) with cross-functional divisions to discuss supply plan or demand forecast topics/issues
• Assisting in getting budget approval of BoD by creating purchase orders (end-to-end process) and purchase plan proposal
• Special projects: being in charge of Sociocommerce COSRX as representative of supply chain team to prepare and manage availability stock, being in charge of Edit by Sociolla to secure and manage inventory turnover on marketplace/e-commerce, and collaborating in Sociolla's pilot project of market development and channels distribution to secure and manage stock allocation and movements in GT, MT, and offline stores (retail) business
• Special missions: being responsible for increasing forecast accuracy, decreasing forecast bias and DOI level, maintaining stock cover target, increasing inventory health percentage (focused on fast-moving category)

[Contract Based]

Owning and managing sales performance of hospitality business in Jakarta area:

• Managing demand/sales forecasting to improve sales growth
• Creating and improving sales pipeline following company's operational compliance
• Initiating new marketing strategies to improve sales growth
• Building and maintaining good relationship with business partners (corporate, government, travel agent, community, and merchant)

Aligning supply planning process and order management process of Duplex and Ivory brands efficiently and effectively:

• Doing stock availability checking and trim loss analysis
• Doing sales forecasting and allocation to fulfil customer requests
• Managing inventory level, especially dead stock and slow-moving category
• Coordinating and collaborating with PPIC team to facilitate production planning consensus (S&OP meeting) to improve profitability of Industrial White Business Unit

Managing production/supply-sales-inventory planning of washing machine business (domestic and import model; regular and commercial business model):

• Implementing global best practices of demand forecasting management (weekly, monthly, M+3 (quarterly), and M+6) to support Sales Plan and Product Marketing Division at subsidiary and branch level (successfully achieving 90% forecast accuracy)
• Planning, preparing documents, and performing custom clearance activities (export-import)
• Coordinating and collaborating with some manufacturers (in China, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia) to ensure supply planning and allocation process could be 100% fulfilled as requested
• Discussing sales allocation consensus (subsidiary and branch level) in S&OP meeting
• Managing and controlling inventory level (buffer stock) to avoid shortage (fast-moving) and overstock (slow-moving)
• Doing pilot project of one of most important KPIs (Weeks of Sales (WOS)) to predict how selling-out performance will be for next eight weeks by considering sales history, selling-out forecasting, current inventory level, and WOS performance history (subsidiary and branch level details)

Leading and coordinating operational and management activities in Logistics Division (Warehouse and Transportation):

• Managing inventory level (and also buffer stock) for fast-moving and slow-moving category
• Relayouting all pallet positions, staging areas, and fast-moving and slow-moving zone areas
• Managing inbound and outbound activities
• Managing and operating cold storage, finished goods warehouse, and bad stock warehouse
• Managing demand-supply planning and sales allocation (customer order/distribution) process
• Achieving "Zero Claim Stock Take" and "Zero Accident" (internal audit)

Encouraging people to be more independent and change their behaviours to be more positive:

• Implementing four job roles: Curricular, Extracurricular, Regional Involvement, and Community Development
• Initiating participation of school (as representative of subdistrict) in scout camping (district level) for first time
• Accompanying priest family to initiate, establish, and run first mini-library in subdistrict level
• Accompanying some local heroes to initiate, plan, and execute first creative-teaching training at district level

Leading two projects in Logistics Division:

• Responsible for Waste Analysis & Optimisation of Raw and Packaging Material Usage in Raw & Packaging Material Warehouse Project
• Steering significant Commissioning Project of New Raw & Packaging Material Warehouse (for Nutrisari and HiLo Brands), focusing on layout, SOP (flow process), and inbound-outbound activities

Finding and analysing wastes in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Pilot Project in Personal Care (PC) Factory (for Pepsodent White 190 Grams), using Value Stream Mapping (VSM), then recommending improvement and action plans
