Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end plant operations, including production planning, material management, quality control, and dispatch.
• Monitor daily production outputs, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with the R&D and marketing teams to introduce new designs, improve product specifications, and support market-driven initiatives.
• Review and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance product quality, reduce waste, and control production costs.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to plan preventive maintenance and minimize machine breakdowns.

Achievements & Responsibilities

• QA/QC OFFICER - Carpet Broadloom, Carpet tiles and Artificial Grass Turf. Implementation of various quality standards for improving product quality and production along with the cost control.
• Monitoring and performing online inspection according to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Role on New Product Launch - Product specification sheet verifying/approving by inspecting the sample. Initial production inspection against verified product specification sheet and approval.
• Achievement in Customer Complaint minimize by introducing 4M method of complaint analysis.
• Internal & External carpet testing and documentation.
• Role on Research & Development - Active member on various succeeded projects such as Water repellency carpet, Pro-soft carpet etc.

• Execution of machine parameters setting in initial stage of product according to the technical aspects and for standard quality and productivity.
• Preparing SOP and monitoring the workers follow of SOP to achieve the quality production.
• Undergoing regular Research on existing recipes and for new materials for the project of cost efficiency.
• Daily production prioritization/planning according to the dispatch plan and internal department productivity.
• Achieved Highest production per day with multiple change-over by skilled production planning and leading in Carpet finishing system to achieve 95k square meter per day in process planning.
• Recording & controlling raw materials stock details.
