- Perform Mechanical Maintenance, Repair, and Troubleshooting on Production Equipment at PT. Riau Prima Energy especially Recovery Boilers and Vacuum Evaporators.
- Everyday in morning conduct meeting with all my colleagues for review latest workprogress, concerns & pending jobs solution, and today work plan.
- Responsible to make sure that all Mechanical equipments are in their best condition so that will be ready to use in their highest (optimal) performance to support the whole process production in plant.
- Maintaining Rotating and Static equipment such as Pumps, Agitator, Conveyors, Fan, Vessel,etc.
- Involved annual shutdown recovery boilers with focus in Damper, Electrostatic Precipitator, and Conveyors.
- Do monthly Preventive Maintenance by monitoring all equipment abnormalities.
- Improve reliability of equipment by redesign,modification,and analyze of recurring failures.
- Involve in Unplanned breakdown equipment repair in Electrostatic Precipitator and provide root cause analysis.
