• Manged over 15 children from five months up to five years of age per room at the day care. Managing different amount of children per room. Over Six rooms in day care centre . Baby room, wobbler, toddler, pre-playschool, playschool and Montessori.
• Caring for babies and toddlers, preparing them for sleep, preparing their food, changing nappies, and assisting with their toilet training. Established all toddlers being fully toilet trained before moving onto Montessori or primary school.
