Project : Block A Gas Development Project

• Performed during the project are implemented in compliance with company procedures.
• Achieved installation for the varied mechanical equipment for the Block A gas development project (EPC-1, EPC-2, and EPC-4 Arun Brown Field).
• Conducted a pre-start-up safety review (PSSR) activity by ensuring that the equipment is operable safely prior to plant start-up.
• Conducted final closure/boxing up of the manhole, final checking of tray installation, 1st fill catalyst loading, drying out/boiling out of the boiler, lube oil flushing, 1st fill lube oil, and mechanical running tests for various equipment such as centrifugal pumps and package equipment, including all related auxiliaries.
• Developed an in-vehicle video monitoring system (IVMS) for condensate and sulfur trucks to achieve the company's HSE index.
• Conducted commissioning work packages, test plans, test reports, and plant start-up collaboration with the operation team.
• Performed for mechanical construction, work repair, and contractor NCR reports.
• Evaluated and reviewed the mechanical equipment installation procedure and field change sheet document.

Project : Block A Gas Development Project (US$300 million project capital).

• Reviewed and approved all mechanical engineering documents delivered by the EPC contractor and vendor, such as P&ID, PFD, mechanical datasheets, material requisitions and technical bid evaluation reports, mechanical handling study reports, 3D models, and layouts.
• Facilitated the development and monitoring of technical queries to obtain missing information, clarify work scope, and maintain preferred Company procedures, specifications, standards, practices, and operational requirements.
• Completed response to technical queries and design change notices raised by the contractor on mechanical equipment design change issues.
• Performed in the bid technical meeting, kick-off meeting, and pre-inspection meeting with the EPC contractor or vendor.
• Performed all deliverables, such as the design basis, mechanical specification, data sheet (AGE, AGRU, sulfur granulation, pressure vessel, pig launchers and pig receivers, pumps, storage tanks, nitrogen generator package, EG
