Job overview
- Management reporting to President director and sales manager for as a reference for discussion and decision making .
- Analyzed applicants' financial status and credit and property evaluations to determine credit feasibility. Also do analyzed AR daily or weekly.
- Make decision and analyze release delivery or not released (depend on AR and condition of customer) for all transaction every day.
- Coordinate each head departments to discuss issues that must be resolved immediately related to AR.
- Process control from creating new customer to the final process is bill payment .
- Control the AR, bank reconciliation, prepare aging report (monthly and weekly), prepare estimate collection, collection, visiting the site project or customer with sales team and coordination with sales team, do posting payment from customer into the system (SAP).
- Handling 400 customer every month from both company. with monthly collection is about IDR 20 - 25 bio per month.
