• Coverage analysis and Recommendation change RETU, pmax or dlrsboost for coverage improvement.
• Capacity assessment 2G/3G/4G with scenario 3G shutdown
• 2G/4G Capacity assessment for activity upgrade L18_30MHz, L21_25 MHz and add sector or HOS).
• NCR preparation, provide XML, provisioning XML and Executed NCR with Netact.
• Familiar with OSS Netact (CM/PM/Webem/FM/Tang)
• Support event and VIP complaint handling.
• Provide slide for high level weekly meeting.
