• Developed and managed various marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and other promotional content aligned with the company’s brand identity.
• Supported the planning and execution of diverse marketing activities such as promotional events, training, exhibitions, seminars, conferences, and marketing campaigns.
• Initiated and organized B2B marketing events such as product seminars by inviting active customers, passive clients, and new prospects. Managed all aspects of event planning and execution, including:
- Creating event rundown and proposals for internal management as well as sponsorship proposals for our principal, Emerson.
- Selecting strategic venues close to customer offices to encourage higher attendance.

Successfully led the planning and execution of various B2B marketing events and technical seminars, driving engagement and generating qualified leads across the Oil & Gas and energy sectors. Key accomplishments include:

  • Represented the company as exhibitor at Electric City Connect 2024, organized by PT PLN Indonesia Power at JCC in November 2024, strengthening visibility in the national energy ecosystem.
  • Participated as exhibitor in OT/SCADA Forum 2025, hosted by PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan at RCC Rumbai, Pekanbaru in February 2025, showcasing automation and digitalization solutions to key stakeholders in upstream operations.
  • Designed and organized monthly in-house seminars titled “DeltaV Demo and AMS Upgrade” throughout 2025, inviting key clients (KOB 1 and KOB 2) to the head office of PT Control Systems Arena Para Nusa for hands-on demos and technical discussions.
  • Delivered a free product training session for PT PLN IP Priok with 20 participants, held in Bandung as part of a customer education and relationship-building initiative.
  • Initiated and executed the “Emerson Smart Integrity” seminar in Cilegon (May 2025), attended by over 100 participants from the chemical, petrochemical, and general industries, resulting in increased awareness and interest in Emerson’s integrated solutions.

In addition, I have consistently delivered high-impact marketing materials, managed event logistics end-to-end, and provided post-event performance analysis to improve future strategies.
