Meritorious mast, Hard Charger award.
I was awarded a Meritorious Mast in February of 2023 for leading a squad of 13 marines through a live fire supported squad attack training exercise, followed by multiple days of defensive operations. Despite checking into the unit only a week prior.
I received the Hard Charger award from the captain of the USS rushmore for my hard work ethic and training mentality.
