Responsible for Online Information System Service’s Monitoring of UI’s Admission Selection, including:
• Planning, monitoring, and evaluating management of database systems, administration, and information system service’s for admissions selection
• Process and analyze complaints data on online information reporting system services that further actions can be followed up by the technicians
• Assisting administrators in making offering letters, request letters, Manual Brochures, and Negotiations Brochure for Standard Input Costs for New Student Admissions

• Preparing administrative needs and supervising the execution of the UI Entrance Selection Examination (SIMAK UI)

Leading 3 representative in charge, 56 supervisors, and 180 digital mentors during the PKKMB. Responsible for ensured that the PKKMB event goes well according to its objectives, including:
• Made job assignments, provide briefings, and assess the performance of digital supervisors and digital mentors

• Prepared supporting documents for UTBK to the exam room properly for twenty days
• Filled and signed minutes of hand over documents for UTBK
• Helped supervise participants and report cheating during the exam
Responsible for inputted, checked, and made corrections 140 new student's Biaya Operasional Pendidikan Berkeadilan (BOPB) data at the authorized system in 3 days
Responsible for verified the compatibility between the score on the report book (rapor) with the score entered in the authorized system, and making corrections if the score does not match with the system of 140 new student’s in 3 days
Responsible for helped lecturers in ensuring the presence of 49 students, the presence of the main lecturer and guest lecturers, made exam questions for the students, and entered the score into the system for Occupational Health and Safety Regulation and Policy Subject
Lead 60 student patrol members. Responsible for:
• Registered, selected, and recruited 60 new candidates for student patrol
• Entered the data of all new members who were accepted to be a part of student patrol
