● Coordinated project planning and budgeting with company’s leadership to acquire key landmark projects, such as Pertamina’s TBBM (fuel terminal) and PLN’s coal-fired power plants.
● Secured funding of IDR 140 Million from 3 investors as CAPEX and working capital for first 2 years of operation;
● Set-up initial pricing, reporting, and operational standards.
