• Serve as a liaison between HSP, the FETP Secretariat, CDC Indonesia country office, and BBPK Ciloto technical team.
• Facilitate HSP-CDC Indonesia workplan activities, including communication, site visits, and technical assistance.
• Serve as subject matter expert and Resident Advisor to FETP Secretariat Indonesia and BBPK Ciloto technical team.(Assist in recruitment of training participants and mentors, Plan and oversee Frontline & Intermediate FETP training events, Assess adequacy of the current curriculum)
• Support administrative tasks related to project objectives on behalf of HSP.
• Accompany FETP Frontline & Intermediate trainees on disaster/outbreak responses as needed.
• Attend scientific conferences, meetings, and trainings to assist with FETP Frontline & Intermediate trainee participation in these events as needed and as funding allows.

• Technical assistance to PHO/DHO in assigned districts to get their commitment and support in strengthening routine immunization and VPD surveillance programs
• Provide TA to review/ prioritize the districts/ Health centers/ clinics for targeted TA to increase EPI and VPD performance based on their performance
• Provide TA to map underserved population or pockets of low immunization and develop strategies to improve service delivery.
• Coordinate and facilitate in training, microplanning, data analysis, mapping in Health centers and clinics
• Monitor Routine Immunization session, including SIA activities, and assist in implementing catch up vaccination
• Along with DHO/PHO staff Conduct hospital record review (HRR) for all VPDs in major hospitals in assigned districts on regular basis
• Assist district surveillance staff in investigating, reporting, contact tracking , collection and transportation specimens of VPD surveillance/Outbreak
• Follow up to ensure the completeness and timeliness of routine reporting of EPI coverages, VPD surveillance data, including zero reporting, of APP surveillance.
• Assist DHO/PHO to review COVID-19 vaccination plans, promote use of VIRAT tool
• Assist in microplanning, for COVID vaccination, monitoring of sessions using standard check list
• Coordinate with other agencies, UN, INGO, NGO for EPI and VPD program implementation
• Providing regular monthly feedback to the PHO, DHO and the WHO team

• Technical support to District Health Office (DHO) to get their commitment and political supports for Polio eradication activities and advocacy to key stakeholders.
• Review/ priorities the reporting units which are potential in finding the AFP cases.
• Support district Surveillance and immunization officer to strengthen VPD surveillance with priority to AFP surveillance, and routine immunization program specifically monitor Oral Polio Vaccine (OPV) and Inactivated Polio Vaccine (IPV) coverage collaboration with DHO and puskesmas staff, local chapter of Indonesian Pediatric Society (Ikatan Dokter Anak Indonesia/IDAI), Indonesian Medical Association (Ikatan Dokter Indonesia/IDI) and
  Indonesian Midwives Association (Ikatan Bidan Indonesia/IBI).
• Identify new health facilities which are potential to find AFP cases and VPD surveillance, including traditional healers/ traditional birth attendants (TBA)/informers
• Conduct Hospital Record Review (HRR) in major hospitals in assigned districts on regular basis
• Assist district surveillance staff in case finding, case investigation, reporting, 60-days follow up, Outbreak Response Immunization (ORI), and specimens transporting of AFP cases.
• Mapping of underserved population or pockets of low immunization coverage and develop strategies to provide immunization services through high quality microplanning
• Monitor routine immunization session and assist in implementing defaulter tracking and conducting Drop Out Follow Up (DOFU).
• Ensure the completeness and timeliness of routine reporting, including zero reporting of VPD surveillance specifically AFP surveillance.
• Conduct data analysis for EPI and VPD surveillance provide, and provide regular feedback to the Provincial Health Office (PHO), District Health Office

Provided technical assistance to local district health office for preparedness of polio activities such as national polio immunization day in march 2016 and during switch of t opv to b opv vaccines in april 2016.

Included supporting the districts and health center to develop high quality micro plans, monitoring TT, planning for sweeping, validate number of target population (reported vs actual)

Analyze TT coverage in women of reproductive age/ WRAs and infants for both supplementary immunization activities (SIA) and routin immunization and also conducted Rapid convenient asseessments (RCA)

• We are investigating the Pertussis outbreak in Mbua Sub district, Nduga District, Highland Papua Province.
• Repaired and replaced panels to fix damaged vehicles using panel beating techniques.
• Conducting ORI Pertussis in Mbua District, Nduga Regency

• As a general practitioner and Head of Health Center, I lead about 20 employees to implement the health programs programmed by the District Health Office and the Ministry of Health in disease prevention, promotion and treatment programs.
