  • Renewable Energy and Sustainability Initiatives :
    a. Waste into Energy fuels operation supply to boiler – Effluent sludge, Fiber reject, Board reject and cooking pulp reject waste burning.
    b. 26 MWe solar panel

  • Power Plant Operations - Efficiency and Reliability:
    a. Ensure efficient and reliable APRIL 1050 MW Power Plant operations.
    b. Conduct comprehensive audits of power plant operations and maintenance practices, evaluating the reliability and efficiency of all power generation equipment and processes in RGE Indonesia/Brazil group business (APICAL and Brasel)
  • Water Treatment Management
    a. Manage industrial water treatment and delivery of 29,880 m3/h to support 1,050 MWe Power Plants, 12,000 TPD Pulp, 1200 TPD Paper, 800 TPD Rayon, Board Machine, and BCTMP.
    b. Manage Demineralization treatment of 3,780 m3/h and Softening water treatment of 2,880 m3/h
    c.Oversee quality monitoring for process water, including Reactive Clarifier and UHRSCC, Demin - Ion Exchange system, Softening - Ion Exchange, Boiler water (80 and 140 bar operation), and cooling water systems.
  • Develop a team spirit within power side department & also with chemical recovery side to support each other in achieving sub- goals.
  • Develop an environment of continuous improvement, LEAN, KAIZEN, 6S. GENBA, VMB with the goal of Quality, Productivity and Cost.
  • Overall responsibility of department safety performance Making decision about health and safety that may affect work activities or other peoples. To provide work place, machinery, equipment and process under their responsibility are safe without risk to worker safety and health. To provide adequate supervision to the high risk job when it required.


Turbine Area Head

  • Organize and responsible efficient 1345 TPH BFB and CFB operation with Safety and Environment friendly to ensure the steam demand quality and quantity to the turbine are meet steam requirement (pulp and paper production).
  • Control raw material quality receiving, stock / FIFO management and consumption. The fuels consumption are around 1000 – 2000 TPD of coal and 4500 – 5000 TPD of biomass (bark, palm fiber, palm shell, screen reject, empty fruit brunch).
