I am responsible for providing excellent service to guests to ensure a pleasant and memorable stay. My duties include collecting guest feedback, taking detailed notes on guest preferences, handling the check-in and check-out processes, and preparing amenities for VIP and birthday guests, among other responsibilities.
What sets my role apart is the increased responsibility I hold as a Duty Manager. I participate in key management meetings such as the Guest Experience Meeting, P&L Meeting, and Morning Briefings with the General Manager and all department heads.
My main responsibility also involves effective communication and coordination with several departments. I liaise with the Housekeeping Department to ensure room readiness, cleanliness, proper facilities, and availability of clean linen. I also work closely with the Engineering Department to monitor their stock and coordinate the repair or replacement of in-room items. Additionally, I communicate with F&B Service and F&B Product teams to ensure that guest preferences—such as dietary restrictions, allergies, or special food requests—are well-prepared and delivered.
I truly enjoy working in a team environment, as it promotes learning, enhances communication, and strengthens collaboration. Through this, I am able to motivate the team to work attentively, efficiently, and with high attention to detail.
During my time working at Hotel Grand Dafam Hotel now The Hotel changed name Morazen Hotel a 4 star hotel, I was responsible for providing excellent service to guests to ensure a pleasant stay.
