As a Sr. SMTL Enablement at RevoU, I have over two years of experience in managing and optimizing online learning programs in tech and business skills. My core competencies include project and stakeholder management, people development, and problem solving. I am passionate about delivering high-quality education and empowering students to achieve their career goals.

In my current role, I oversee two verticals, Tech Sales and Full Stack Product Management, and collaborate with section managers, team leaders, and instructors to ensure the smooth operation and performance of the classes. I have achieved outstanding results, such as 99.7% of overall OKR for the Tech Sales program and 100% of overall OKR for the Full Stack Product Management course, in 2022. I also leverage my expertise in educational technology platforms to analyze data, identify areas of improvement, and enhance the learning experience for students.
