Piping Supervisor.

Summary of duties and responsibilities:

• Site coordination & Monitor fabrication and installation works is perform in accordance with the basis of design & all relevant code and specification.
• Check and review the drawing and specification according to the construction details, ensure that the drawing is latest revision and approved for fabrication and construction.
• Report progress to Superintendent daily fit up and installation of test cap .
• Conducted piping weekly meeting to share the finding and reported the summary piping status updated to Superintendent.
• Technical scope of works, construction follow up and resolving site issues by liaising with the personnel.
• Responsible in executing hydro testing & pneumatic testing based on the test packages which are already released by construction for testing.
• Coordination with engineering for work permit conduct testing.
• Tool Box safety meeting with foreman and crews before testing.
• Site coordination with safety personnel and other discipline during conduct test.

Piping Line Checker.

Summary of duties and responsibilities:

• Perform internal line-walk upon the work is declared complete by construction group and mark-up all modifications or changes noticed during line walk.
• Raise punch lists with the clear identification either A [pre-test] or B [post test].
• Prepare, monitor, follow up and clearing punch lists.
• Ensure all A items are fully completed prior to joint line walk.
• Ensure As-built are compiled into the pack.
• Perform joint-walk with Client & representatives, preferable with the existence of line walk inspectors and construction representatives.
• Ensure pre-test line walk certificate is approved prior to hand over the pack for Testing.
• Ensure the lines are fully reinstated after pressure test.
• Perform reinstatement joint line walk with client rep and line walker inspector.
• Ensure all B punch items are cleared.
