Responsible for providing administrative support on a day-to day basis. The role contributes to the development and maintenance of the HR function
General Administration:
- Provides administration of Expatriate Documentation and Permit
- Coordinated with third party for benefit administration and ensuring timely and accurate processing for BPJS, travel arrangements and Insurance.
- Office Maintenance.
- Provides administration support for the third party process.
- Assisted in various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Payroll Administration:
- Payroll Administration for Indonesia and Philippines, collaborate with vendor as a key person on payroll preparation data payroll to Indonesia and Philippines
- Handled employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and tax forms, providing prompt and accurate responses.
- Collaborated with HR team to ensure proper onboarding and termination procedures, including final paycheck calculations and compliance with applicable laws.
