• Lead and coordinate the bilateral cooperation on water management between both countries, serving as the Netherlands Government’s focal point in Indonesia. Topics include integrated water resilience, flood management and coastal protection, lowland development and irrigation, water supply and climate adaptation.
• Lead government-to-government dialogue with key Indonesian stakeholders, including the Ministry of Public Works, the Coordinating Ministry for Infrastructure and regional development, BAPPENAS and other relevant agencies and sub-national authorities, translating shared priorities into programs, partnerships and projects.
• Build and manage partnerships among Indonesian ministries and agencies, Dutch government institutions, knowledge organizations, development partners, multilateral development banks and the private sector.
• Connect public authorities, technical experts and financial partners to support project preparation, investment and implementation.
• Represent the Netherlands in high-level dialogues, missions and international water and climate events, while mobilizing Dutch public- and private-sector expertise.

• Coordinated national and regional stakeholders around complex public transport and infrastructure, connectivity and sustainable mobility, acted as principal liaison between national government, regional authorities and institutional partners.
• Provided policy analyses, strategic policy advice, decision documents and recommendations for ministerial discussions on infrastructure development, mobility, accessibility and regional development.
• Translated political priorities, legislation and government objectives into policy proposals, programs and implementation strategies.
• Represented the Ministry of Infrastructure and water management in intergovernmental consultations, working groups and strategic stakeholder meetings.
• Managed and monitored regional and cross-border infrastructure initiatives, balancing national objectives with regional economic and societal interests.
• Advised on governance, stakeholder positions, risks and implementation challenges, building alignment across government levels and institutional boundaries.
• The Netherlands Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management is responsible for policy making in the field of infrastructure, public transport, mobility and water management.

• Led a team of 10 professionals responsible for policy development, political advice and contract management in the field of regional public transport development. Topics included ticketing, optimizing distribution of passengers, demand-drive public transport, innovation and shared mobility.
• Coordinated municipalities and regional stakeholders on strategic public transport and sustainable mobility priorities.
• Advised political leadership and managed complex stakeholder processes involving 23 municipalities.
• Set up a joint innovation program with public transport companies, developing and testing new approaches and technologies to mobility and accessibility.

• Coordinate building and maintaining a strong bilateral network (governments, knowledge institutions, business and NGO’s) in the water sector: supporting to the g2g-relation under the MoU Water, matching Dutch water management expertise with Indonesian water challenges, organizing (trade)missions and events.
• Supported the Netherlands–Indonesia government-to-government water relationship, including stakeholder coordination and strategic dialogues.
• Matched Indonesian policy priorities with Dutch expertise, innovation and implementation capacity.
• Facilitated multi-stakeholder cooperation and developed strategic partnerships between Indonesian government institutions, Dutch public and private organizations, knowledge institutions, development partners and civil society.
• Organized trade missions, high-level meetings, business-to-government dialogues and partnership events.
• Supported Dutch organizations with market intelligence and access to Indonesian and international networks.

Coordinated the implementation of various subsidy programs in the field of economic development, climate change/ adaptation, innovation and water management.

Engaged in two-year programme, gaining hands-on experience in diverse roles within the Ministry, including junior water expert at Netherlands Embassy in Jakarta.
