
With 15+ years of experience in practicing yoga, including 10 years focused on Ashtanga, my goal is to make Ashtanga-based classes accessible to all. As a yoga teacher for the past 12 years, my passion for sharing this healing practice has only grown since completing my teacher training. Each day on my mat, I continue to learn and develop as an instructor. As a Certified Yoga Teacher, I am dedicated to guiding students through various postures, asanas, and breathing exercises in both group and one-on-one settings. I possess the skill to modify specific postures to accommodate different skill levels or physical conditions, always prioritizing the health and safety of others.
I was very fortunate to have studied with the Himalaya team, which was led by Yogacharya Lalit Kumar offering a very traditional approach to teaching, with a strong emphasis on alignment.
Yoga Darshanam offered very traditionally taught yoga, with strong emphasis on Pranayama, Mudra and meditation. The coarse also included Prenatal Yoga, Yoga therapy and Partner Yoga.
