I chose dentistry because I grew up watching my father, grandfather, uncles, and cousins work in the dental field in various capacities. My father and uncle are endodontists. My other uncle is an orthodontist, and my grandfather was a general dentist. I saw how much satisfaction they gained from their work because they knew that their work was bettering the health and lives of their patients. I enjoy working with other people, and I have always had a passion for making others smile, quite literally! I also have a love for science, and the inner workings of the human body. Due to all of these aspects of my life, I knew that dentistry was the path for me.
