Taking a break, travelling South East Asia with my partner and looking to commence a new role as I return to Perth in early August.

First seasonal role, adapted quickly, learning the business model and competently performing many roles within the company. Worked well within the team to ensure all guests had a memorable and exceptional stay.

• Efficient, accurate check-in & out, offering Niseko Portfolio products ie. CAT-skiing, ski lessons & hire in a helpful manner.
• Drove guests safely around the resort while following all relevant traffic laws and safety regulations.

• Developed strong relationships with managers and key stakeholders within Niseko Portfolio.
• Helped the housekeeping team, drivers and inspection/maintenance team whilst performing all front desk duties.

Jana Skin is a natural, Australian made skincare brand that I co-founded with my partner, to bring ocean botanical skincare into the Australian market. Through out my time running Jana Skin I developed trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and built excellent problem solving skills.

• Since successfully sold the business and supplied the new owner with all necessary documents/Information in order to provide a seamless business handover.
• Understood trends and developments in online/social media market.
• Developed loyal, engaged customer base organically gaining thousands of social media followers.
• Edited photos and videos using Adobe Suite.
• Successfully reached new and existing customers with email and social media platforms to nurture the customer journey with Jana Skin
• Built and maintained up to date Shopify store.

Maintained care of all patients and ensuring they feel as comfortable as possible before, during and after all dental procedures. I enjoyed bringing a positive attitude and worked well with the team to ensure each day runs smoothly.

• Sterilized dental tools and instruments between patients, maintaining impeccable hygiene standards.
• Communicated efficiently with fellow staff to provide unrivalled patient care.
• Prepped patients and mastered instrument hand-offs to assist dentist during routine appointments.
• Cheerfully performed front desk role duties taking incoming calls, maintaining accurate records, bookings through Dent4 windows, patient medical updates etc.

This role involved running a local surf shops TikTok account. Kept up with viral, online trends, filming and editing high quality video content that performed well.

• Produced photo and video content with excellent editing skills.
• Drove website traffic by creating high quality and creative TikTok videos.
• Analyzed competitor activity, trends and identifying ways to diversify, expand and engage with target audience.
• Suggested and implemented new promotions and strategies to increase brand awareness.
