· Monitor and analyze market trends and raw material prices to make informed procurement decisions.

· Identify opportunities for cost reduction, alternative sourcing, and process optimization.

· Identify, evaluate, and build long-term relationships with suppliers of raw materials, machinery, and other required services.

· Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing, delivery schedules, and service levels.

· Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual terms and quality standards.

· Oversee the sourcing and procurement of raw materials (e.g., clay, minerals, etc.) required for ceramic production, ensuring uninterrupted supply.

· Collaborate with production teams to forecast material requirements and plan procurement accordingly.

· Ensure that sourced materials meet quality standards and specifications.

· Oversee inventory management to prevent shortages or overstocking of raw materials and supplies.

· Work with warehouse and production teams to maintain appropriate inventory levels based on demand forecasts and production schedules.

· Develop and manage the procurement budget, ensuring all purchases are made within budget and adhere to cost control measures.

· Track and report procurement expenditures and savings on a regular basis.

· Ensure all procurement activities comply with legal requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement transactions, contracts, and supplier agreements.

· Manage risk assessments related to supplier performance, delivery timelines, and material quality.

· Work closely with production, logistics, finance, and quality control teams to ensure procurement strategies are aligned with operational needs.
