As a trading manger, i have a several job skill below it.

- Correspond with Buyer

For the business relationship, i usually have a good relationship with whole my buyer even in private field. It was very helpful to take a order from them if all condition were same as other company.

- Scheduling Material from China

Based on the export schedule, all material should be arrived in time for production. For avoid any extension request to buyer, i usually used to below way.

1. Partial Ship ( Initial supply - Sea, Second supply - Air)

2. Change air / sea route

3. Change process for Production

- Scheduling Production and Plating

After Covid -19, There had no manager for production and plating.

So Based on the production record as time per pcs or usage of chemical, i considerate to overtime working / manpower supplement / adjust of input chemical , etc

- Managing cost

Based on the production date, i calculated assembly cost and plating cost. and also estimated packaging, test, customs, logistics price.

Follow by this, i gave the unit price to buyer as FOB and DDP.

Additionally, compare with this estimated price and actually, report actual profit to my director and adjust next our price.

- Trend Check

Forecast new fashion trend through by buyer trend pack or WGSN, Trendbible, etc,

This trend pack shred with Development time and do opinion coordination about next season sample direction.

- Information Gathering

Checking with all website for competitor brand and infer estimated fob price and ship date and position of our company.

It can be making good strategy for making better business relation.
