Senior Operational Manager / Vice Director Operational have the following duties and responsibilities:

1. Lead and Responsible for overall strategy and daily operations of construction company.

2. Ensure clients service quality, handle major issues or clients complaints, and maintain good.

relationships with clients.

3. Direct and manage project operations to complete on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

4. Direct, manage and make systems for procurement.

5. Manage compliance related to engineering regulations, environment (AMDAL), safety, and government permits.

6. Leading and mentoring multidisciplinary team members.

7. Manage and control operational and capital budgets and drive operational efficiency and cost optimization.

8. Facilitate communication between different departments and stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards common goals.

9. Oversee specific areas such as project marketing, finance, HR, Legal/Document Control (ISO), HSE, and GA/IT.

10. Manage owner property development (planning, budgeting, execution, maintenance)

Preparing and manage the whole field construction related to operational such as:

• Review and monitor construction methods and engineering process related to the projects.
• Following up the work schedule.
• Coordinating with owner/construction management.
• Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with construction and safety codes, and other regulations.
• Prepare and submit budget progress and cost tracking reports
• Take action to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site.
• Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, subcontractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters.

Preparing and manage the whole field construction related to operational such as:

• Preparing and manage the whole systems procedures on the company such as tender procedures, ISO procedures, Procurement process, HSE procedure etc.
• Involve in estimating and managing all tender requirements (Both Government and private tender) for the company
• Review and monitor construction methods and engineering process related to the projects
• Managing the budget and cost tracking reports
• Managing the procurement division to select suppliers, vendor and subcontractors
• Managing the HSE division compliance to safety regulations
• Coordinating with owner, consultant, and construction management
• Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with construction and safety codes, and other regulations
• Manage contracts and revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with contractor and suppliers
• Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, subcontractor, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters.

• Preparing and managing the project from the beginning until finished and operated.
• Design, Review, and monitor construction methods and engineering process related to the project
• Design and follow up the work schedule
• Coordinating with owner and vendors
• Managing the procurement division to select suppliers and vendors
• Collaborating with China engineers to design and execute factory systems and machinery.
• Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with construction codes, and other regulations
• Prepare and submit budget progress and cost tracking reports
• Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters.

• Directing and controlling the whole field construction to ensure project completion within schedule and standard
• Executing the systems procedures on the project such as ISO procedures, and HSE procedure.
• Preparing and managing the whole field construction related such as:
• Executing the work schedule, Quality Control and HSE programs
• Coordinating with owner and construction management
• Inspecting and reviewing projects to monitor compliance with construction standard quality and safety codes.
• Prepare and submit progress and labor cost reports
• Take action to deal with the results of delays at the construction site.
• Confer with supervisory personnel and subcontractor to discuss and resolve matters.

• Responsible for structural design of all the company projects and controlling the execution by contractors within standard.
• Coordinating with other divisions such as Architect and MEP for complete design.
• Lead and manage the drafter.

• Responsible for maintenance lab equipment.
• Coaching about using land survey equipment.
• Help the lecturer arrange practical simulation for the students.
