Key event coordination experience across 18 school centres:

• Led the conceptualisation of lesson plans and guidelines, alongside the execution of the Kinderfield - Highfield Summer Class (2024 and 2025).
• Provided administrative support for the Highfield Edu Fair (2024).
• Managed event area maintenance for Kinderfield Graduation 2024.
• Handled secretarial duties for Kinderfield - Highfield's 25th Anniversary, such as social media activation and gala dinner.
• Served as Vice Chairman for the Kinderfield - Highfield Teacher Convention (2025) with 600 participants, overseeing execution and inter-divisional coordination.
• Developed and maintained relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, vendors, and clients, to support event success.
• Conducting post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and enhance future planning event.

• Define and clarify the roles and responsibilities of each department within HMPS-HI UPH.
• Create a detailed list of HMPS-HI UPH's accomplishments, including specific projects, initiatives, and events.
• Lead and oversee all HMPS-HI UPH planned events.
• Throughout the period of a management year, succeeded in supervised 15 work programmes.

Forum Bestari is a seminar event that discusses the implementation of the RUU TPKS in Indonesia and its relation to feminist theory in international relations. This seminar was a collaboration between the Himpunan Mahasiswa Program Studi Hubungan Internasional and the Fakultas Hukum UPH (2021/2022). The event featured the Chair of the RUU TPKS Working Committee and UPH International Relations professors as speakers.

• Led and supervised committee job descriptions.
• Successfully executed the event with 164 attended participants via Zoom Meetings and gained positive responses measured by form evaluation.
