Supervision of planning and work implementation of logistics personnel to ensure that ship and crew boats needs are met effectively, efficiently, and in accordance with work safety aspects.
• Coordinate with production, drilling, construction and well service entities regarding ship and crew boats needs in Pertamina Hulu Mahakam Senipah base offshore activities
• Assess and approve daily, weekly and monthly reports from logistics and contractor staff.
• Conduct visits to ships and crew boats to ensure HSSE aspects are conveyed to ship crews.
• Initiating weekly HSE activities involving all ship crew, boat crew, marine representatives, lifting specialists and offshore support entities.

• Handling operation of Utility boats, Tugboats and AHT for supporting production, construction, marine and other entities such as Rig move, Anchoring and de anchoring, cargoes delivery, Fresh water and Fuel supply
• Monitoring vessels permits, IRC and MOP to ensure smooth operation maintained well monitored
• Maintain Medical Check Up monitoring of vessels crews under LSA TOL OFF senipah and coordinate to contractor to comply regarding valid medical check up
• Conduct Safety Marine campaign, update accident report, notice to marine and others operation highlight to vessels under PO SUP OFF
• Backing Up as POB admin in application Marine crew management to handle administration for new registration, roster plan, resignation update for offshore vessels crews
• Reporting daily vessel movement report and fuel consumption in online application
• Follow up findings during inspection and periodical inspection by Marine inspector to vessels, coordinate with contractors regarding closing process

• Perform daily operation of Material deliveries from senipah to all sites
• Coordination with store keeper, material man, and user on planning and scheduling for dispatching operation incoming and outgoing materials to other sites and rigs to Perform good and timely procedure of administration to provide proper and auditable business process for material handling operation
• Support operation onshore for heavy equipment such as Crane, Forklift, Boomlift, monitoring daily safe operation during lifting, material handling and delivery process

• Monitoring 749 Cargo Carrying Units belongs to TEPI and ensure availability of CCU to support daily operation
• Making report for CCU movement, condition regarding safe lifting
• Monitoring Cargo Carrying Unit from contractors and issue Cargo Rejection Notes for those which are unsafe to lift
• Supervise daily cargo carrying unit such as Baskets and N2 Racks in Senipah base including inspection, usage, maintain and reporting to all entities
• Person in charge of Rigging Loft operation at Senipah base
