The job was similar to an apprenticeship. I worked one-on-one with owner. Learned how to master tasks so that I could perform work to code and work independently. I was encouraged to find and create better and more logical ways of doing tasks to improve efficiency. Was taught how to work and communicate ideas, needs, and questions with superiors and peers.

• Concrete foundations and flatwork
• Drywall
• Carpentry work
• Learned many facets of new construction and remodeling

Started as a temporary laborer, then was requested to be a regular employee. Transformed dirt front and rear yards into well designed front and backyards. Taking pride in quality installations
