  • 1. Receive purchase request from factory and corresopnd to suppliers both local and overseas
  • 2. Control the current price and new price
  • 3. Negotiate pricing in order to keep the cheapy price due high price 4. Working with PPIC, for the inventory level (through ERP system) in the warehouse to assure the prod's needs of raw material/spare parts are fullfilled.
  • 5. Sending complaint to supplier and assure they send us CAP and upcoming orders is delivered according to current quality
  • 6. Responsible for punctual delivery from supplier e.g.machine/raw material/spare parts, so production will be easily to produce goods and ship as promise
  • 7. Revitalize the current price in order to save more cost by sourcing and exploring the new suppliers.
  • 8. Review supplier's performance by visiting their factory. Then, discuss upcoming order with very best price
  • 9. Control the credit application from suppliers
  • 10.Control trucking price and its availability for some deliveries to customers
  • 11. Working with exim dept, for upcoming imports machine/raw material/spare parts
  • 12. Send and assure the imported ship doc is received and checked by exim dept
