1 .Production planning

• Able to create a daily, weekly and monthly production planning to ensure production department can
  running more effective and efficient based on market needs

2. Lead production cost project

• Breakdown cost target from yearly to daily.
• initiation project that align to reduce cost, such as; decrease manpower with improve manpower skill, reduce overtime, eliminate 7 waste and project to increase production output.

3. Lead staff training project

• Develop training modul for improve management skill such as; time management, manpower management, material management and how to achive target.
• initiation a perfect training system and project such as; SOJT training, learning curve monitoring, training camp (outdoor), 360 assessment, skill matrix.

4. Production 5S project

• Develop 5S tools.
• Redesign and relayout all production area and visualization.

5. Shorten the changeover time with improve SMED to make sure when changeover can minimize the losses.

6. Quality Project

• incoming material quality controling, using sorting to ensure all material before sent to line is ok.
• inprove quality chat ability with KAPPA to ensure their has an ability to check the phone.
• low human error fool proof with AI detection

1. Build Communication with suppliers and clients (VIVOSmartphone, Eraphone dan Raja Ponsel) to
build new businessand maintain on going relationship.

• get a 2 years deal contract with VIVO smartphone for constructiontheir outlets in West Jakarta and
  North Jakarta.
• Get a 1 year deal contract with Eraphone for construction theiroutlets in West Jakarta.
• Get a 3 years deal contract with Raja Ponsel for construction theiroutlets in Tangerang and West Jakarta.

2. Manage all project process from raw material to product andensure the product quality.
3. Handle multiple team in project (Finance, production and logistic)

3. Inpecting mines to determine safety hazards abd potentialimprovements to working condition and
reviewing safety reportsand updating safety procedures to improve employee safety awareness
