  • 1. Lead the development of a World Class Operation framework based on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles, emphasizing the enhancement of Preventive Maintenance and Autonomous Maintenance pillars.
  • 2. Lead the Preventive Maintenance team and assist the Autonomous Maintenance team in overseeing the overall maintenance strategy. Successfully integrate machine maintenance activities into two primary task categories: Preventive Maintenance (Routine tasks, MTBF, Product Changeover) and Autonomous Maintenance (CILT activities, Centerline, Abnormality Finding & Fixing).
  • 3. Continuously monitor all maintenance activities—daily, monthly, and yearly—to ensure consistency, effectiveness, and alignment with operational goals.
  • 4. Map out the overall Job Descriptions for the team, defining clear roles and responsibilities to ensure KAI & KPI targets are achieved.
  • 5. Develop and implement Yearly Planning & Scheduling in SAP to align maintenance events with supply chain demand, optimizing maintenance effectiveness and product output to achieve KAI & KPI, while minimizing disruptions to business performance. Collaborate closely with the planning team and supply chain management.
  • 6. Validate completed tasks to ensure repairs are executed correctly and that machinery and equipment meet specified standards and safety regulations.
  • 7. Implement 5R (Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, Rajin) as the foundation to maintain the condition of work equipment, materials, spare parts, and maintenance tools used by maintenance workers during maintenance activities.
  • 8. Train and mentor the Preventive Maintenance & Autonomous Maintenance teams, assisting them in diagnosing more complex issues with machinery and equipment. Support them in analyzing breakdown events (BDA) on machines by applying the Focused Improvement Tools framework to foster a culture of Continuous Improvement. Ensure accurate monitoring and encourage behaviors that acknowledge the importance of safety, quality, and excellence in all aspects of the work.
