• Develop ad-hoc Power BI reports and dashboards for product improvement initiatives analysis.

Beside regular duty, I developed and maintain regular supervisors of six department's safety accountability program compliance reports and dashboard, simplified the complex data ETL, modeling and reporting visualization process into into more efficient process yet easy-to-digest reports for decision making. Implementing MS Power BI solution, leads the sub division's safety compliance increase by 6% from year 2022 to 2024 performance.
