• As focal point of contact and host for recruitment activities for Baker Hughes Middle East Asia Pacific with main focus in SE Asia operations; Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar, and Indonesia. From time to time was assigned to help hiring in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and Australia.
• Weekly meeting with Stakeholders and Human Resources team. Discuss recruitment strategies, sourcing progress and advising hiring managers to improve existing recruitment plans based on salary survey with competitors and if needed to upgrade and downgrade requirements, local talent availability etc. Involved in Baker Hughes Global Diversity Recruitment drive, actively sourcing and hiring experienced female candidates for Baker Hughes top management positions.
• Act as a focal point of contact for vendor management activities; background screening (Fragomen), immigration, 3rd party contractors (international and local agencies), medical check-up. Liaising with hospital/clinics for new hire medical check-up schedule and results; Liaising and follow up with background screening vendor for the screening result and status
• Provide weekly updates to region HR, and key product line managers in regards to hiring status.
