- Oversee end-to-end technical management of 56 vessels, ensuring compliance with IMO, Class, ISM, and ISPS requirements.
- Lead dry dockings, repairs, and special projects while maintaining safety and operational efficiency.
- Manage vessel surveys and docking programs to maintain fleet reliability and safety standards.
- Ensure adherence to environmental and energy-efficiency regulations, including EEXI and CII benchmarking.

- Lead a high-performing team of Fleet Group Managers, Technical Superintendents, and Project Divisions.
- Build and nurture competent teams through effective recruitment, mentoring, and performance management.
