• Recruited as Technical Officer of the External Stakeholders' Engagement and Resource Mobilization after 4 months of internship and 3 months of probation.
• Provide technical and administrative support to External Stakeholders’ Engagement and Resource Mobilization Directorate in managing AIPA’s interactions and partnerships with external stakeholders, including regional/international organizations, international development agencies, and parliamentary forums/networks.
• Part of various AIPA initiatives and projects including the Women Parliamentarians of AIPA (WAIPA) project, AIPA-FAO-IISD Joint Workshop project, as well as AIPA Annual Meetings.

• Designed and produced content and scripts for video series showcasing the student life of Malmö University, targeting new and prospective students.
• Coordinated the scheduling of shoots and arranged filming setups as per the scripts. shoots and set up filming according to the script.
• Directed and managed post-production activities, including video editing, motion graphics design, compositing, and quality assurance reviews.

• Oversaw administrative functions for PPI Swedia and managed communications with external stakeholders.
• Produced podcasts for PPI Swedia’s YouTube and Spotify channels. Served as an interviewer at various PPI Swedia events, including a notable webinar featuring Mr. Sandiaga Uno, the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia, discussing the role of the young generation in the disrupted era.

Designed and organized program implementation both online and offline, including one of UF Malmö main programs: public lectures on current international political affairs delivered by various experts.

• Managed PPI Swedia's Instagram and Facebook page with more than 10.000 followers.
• Handled 14 PPI Swedia Social Media Ambassadors 2020/21 from all over Sweden.
• Produced 50+ IGTVs which includes weekly interview with Indonesian students in Sweden.
• Became the weekly interviewer for the IGTV programs and other PPI Swedia's program including a webinar with Dr. H. Emil Dardak, the Vice Governor of East Java on the role of Millennial in the Political Realms.

• Managed and produced contents for PPI Scania's communication and social media platforms.
• Arranged the organization's programs and events for all Indonesian students around Skåne (Scania) area.
