I am a professional with over years of experience in finance, accounting, administration, and business operations within Indonesia. My expertise includes tax compliance, human resource management, and cross-border operational coordination. Throughout my career, I have worked in dynamic multinational environments based in Indonesia, contributing significantly to improving operational efficiency while ensuring company compliance with Indonesian local and regional regulations.

In the finance sector, I have managed end-to-end bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax filing and payments (PPh 21, PPh 23, VAT, Customs), as well as cash management and accounts receivable/payable. On the administrative and HR side, I am responsible for payroll processing, employee tax reporting, BPJS administration, and employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

In addition to my core role, I also work freelance as a Tour Manager. In this position, I plan and organize travel itineraries, oversee logistics, and ensure the comfort and satisfaction of tour participants within Indonesia. This role has further enhanced my skills in time management, team coordination, and delivering excellent customer service.
