I am a professional with over years of experience in finance, accounting, administration, and business operations within Indonesia. My expertise includes tax compliance, human resource management, and cross-border operational coordination. Throughout my career, I have worked in dynamic multinational environments based in Indonesia, contributing significantly to improving operational efficiency while ensuring company compliance with Indonesian local and regional regulations.
In the finance sector, I have managed end-to-end bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax filing and payments (PPh 21, PPh 23, VAT, Customs), as well as cash management and accounts receivable/payable. On the administrative and HR side, I am responsible for payroll processing, employee tax reporting, BPJS administration, and employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
In addition to my core role, I also work freelance as a Tour Manager.
