• Plan, supervise, and evaluate contractor work throughout all project phases, from initial planning to final handover.
• Develop project construction timelines, set milestone targets, and monitor weekly and monthly progress across the entire project.
• Lead and guide quality control and maintenance teams at each assigned project, including performance evaluation and team development.
• Review and approve construction budgets for housing units, public facilities, and on-site repairs.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Business Development, Project Management, Purchasing, FAT) and external parties (contractors, consultants, clients).
• Coordinate with external vendors (PLN, PDAM, Internet service providers).
• Collaborate with the planning and architectural teams to ensure design and construction align with technical drawings, including input for accelerating construction processes
• Approve contractor billing based on field verification and approval by the civil site team.

• Make recap of complaints from all Optic Melawai branches excluded Jabodetabek and assign the task to local contractors or technicians
• Supervise the repair of the store from beginning until it has done completely
• Make list of items that need to be ordered for opening new branch or fit out of Optic Melawai Store
• Make a budget plan for opening new branch or fit out of Optic Melawai Store

Observe the work in the field based on shop drawings on the Indonesia 1 Project (for basement work)
