• Monitoring progress subcontractors every day at the site
• Prepare daily reports & weekly reports to management
• Check all progress between plan and actual progress
• Make sure all installations are on site according to drawings and standards
• Coordination with subcontractor for the site issue and problem solving
• Meeting with subcontractors every week
• Ensure the actual progress is following the planning schedule
• Involved in mechanical package testing such as piping visual, Non-Destructive and pressure test.

Coal Fire Steam Power Plant Suralaya, Unit 9&10 Construction. 2 x 1000 MW. Boiler, Turbine & ESP System

• Coordinates and supervise construction activities subcontractors in terms of safety, quality, schedule, compliance with specification, approved construction drawing, relevant codes & standard, and completeness of scope
• Monitors and inspects structure
• Mechanical & Piping construction activities in Employee's area of and develops and implements improvement measures when and where required
• Coordinates with other disciplines to ensure there will be no internal scope of gap
• Checks, resolves, and coordinates RFI (Request for Information) issued by subcontractors for own area of responsibility
• Identifies, analyzes and resolves technical issues in own area of responsibility including interfaces to other area/disciplines
• Checks, verifies, and ensures that the drawings and other documents being used by construction subcontractors are the latest AFC (Approved for Construction) revision
• Provides technical guidance to subcontractors in interpretation of drawings, pr subcontractors procedures and other documents relevant for structure, mechanical & Piping construction activities
• Evaluate stability, efficiency, and productivity of subcontractors construction equipment and work force
• Analyzes and prepares plans for permanent material requisition and coordinates with subcontractors accordingly

• Prepare calculations including initial weight, Make drawings for Lifting activities and submit to clients
• Make a schedule for working to achieve the target
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report for internal, and clients
• Check alignment before and after installation equipment
• Link up with material control to supply materials needed
• Walk down with client and make a punch list report
• Making permits for extra-ordinary works
• Analyze problems to see how mechanical and thermal device might help solve particular problem
• Investigate equipment failures or difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and to recommended remedies.

• Setting all about the preparation hydrotest on the boiler
• Involved in mechanical package testing such as piping visual, Non-Destructive and pressure test
• Execute punchlist rectification with completion team and analyze the rectification progress to be reported in the daily meeting
