• Provide and conduct a poultry disease control programmes for Breeding farm, Layer farm and final stock
• Cultivated strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and service quality,by providing veterinary medical and technical advice and consultation regarding diseases of layer and broiler to customers
• Negotiated with vaccine, medicine,and feed additives vendors or suppliers, ensuring cost-effective procurement of goods or services.
• Analyzing for Breeding egg poultry production performances data report whether they met standard or not
• Monitoring day old chick quality, from Breeding to final stock
• Managing Seminars for internal (company employee) and external (customers) regarding poultry management, poultry health, feed quality
• Dealing and making communication with Animal Quarantine Beureau, Department of Livestock in east Java, regarding importing of day old chick
• As an intepreter in seminar which the speaker was from the overseas distributor

• Applied strong leadership talents and problem-solving skills to maintain team efficiency and organize workflows.
• Supervising and coordinating activities of workers in raising poultry, collecting eggs, and maintaining equipment and facilities on poultry farm: Confers with farm manager to ascertain production requirements and to discuss condition of equipment and status of supplies
• Controlling poultry health programme and ensuring it ran properly and correctly
