• Directed and led Finance team to the highest per copy average ($5016), product index (2.76), and overall Finance GP ($6,982,805) company wide for 2023,
• For the most recent month of April, led Finance team to a 14.2% PVR, $5594 per copy, and a product index of 3.05, exceeding company goals in each category, with each team member finishing top 10 overall.
• Frequently asked to visit stores in other states to assist with Finance and Sales Management training.
• Developed and implemented new finance training materials for all sales and finance managers company wide.
• Used experience and industry knowledge to innovate a new inventory strategy which helped mitigate substantial losses from aging units during a down market year by taking a loss on the front of deals and using the strength of the Finance team to make the company whole and profitable on the back-end of deals, resulting in millions of dollars saved.
