Goals for the Mountain Home Store

  • To be an asset to management. Backup when needed and lead when needed.
  • To motivate the employees in every task that's called upon them, to be honest.
  • To lead by example, be here for the employees and customers in a professional way without them feeling in anyway that they are not important or without worth. To have a positive attitude at all times.
  • I would like to have more store meetings so that everyone knows what direction we want this store to go in, what is expected of the employees, and to answer any concerns in a group setting so there is nothing hidden and everyone is on the same page.
  • I believe in the department heads and trust them in their abilities. Not micromanage but give suggestions when needed.

Conclusion

  • I really would like to move up to this Assistant Manager position, I have learned so much over the last 21yrs that I would like to give back in a management role.
  • I feel I have a good rapport with all our employees, and they feel free to come to me with any questions or concerns they my have. I also hold a high standard of work ethics and expect our employees to strive for the same. I will help guide them and encourage them to meet their potential and when needed to discipline them.
  • My schedule is very flexible to work or be on call at any time. I am 59yrs old and intend to work till I cannot. I love my job, the company, the employees and the customers.
