• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for heavy-duty food processing machinery and industrial facilities, ensuring optimal performance and service excellence.
• Coordinate daily operations of the Maintenance Department and facilitate briefings to ensure effective job planning and execution.
• Generate comprehensive maintenance reports for senior management and provide precise data to support the development of the maintenance budget.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to strategize and implement daily operations in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Monitor equipment performance, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions, ensuring thorough documentation of work requests.
• Lead discussions aimed at continuous improvement and represent the maintenance team during audits and assessments.
• Design and implement efficient maintenance systems, while managing team performance and addressing overtime and leave requests.

• Lead a team of 30 people in charge of all Testing Fixtures and Machines in 2 factories.
• Set up Testing Fixtures and Machines for every new model of electronic products.
• Analyzes and identifies technical and system issues on Testing Fixtures and Machines.
• Fix all malfunctioned Testing Fixtures and Machines.
• Procurement of spare parts and equipment related to Testing Fixtures and Machines.
• Identify issue and provide solution on NG products.

In charge of all operational including managing a team, inventory control (planning and import products from China), customer service (replying customer chat), packing the goods and arrange shipment for the packages.

• Meet with prospective borrowers (director, commissioner, or owner) to discuss borrowing cause, and collect data and documents (identity, business licenses, financial, and collateral documents).
• Process / apply credit proposal through Normal Credit Process or Retail Lending Program based on Bank CIMB Niaga credit system.
• Maintain annual renewal of credit facilities for existing accounts.
• Maintain existing accounts by providing services such as loan disbursement, payment for due loan, inform account balance, selling forex, collateral discharge, and loan settlement.

• Meet new people and introduce them the life insurance plan and investment program
• Process clients’ health insurance claims
• Recruiting / talent acquisition new people to join the team and conduct sales and product training for them

• In charge of industrial supplies for marine, mining, oil & gas and engineering equipment
• Assist salesmen by providing information regarding the prices and stock level of products
• Handle inquiries from salesmen and customers and provide quotations for them
• Customer service; sell products that inquired by walk in customers
• Coordinate with overseas headquarter company in Singapore for stock purchase
• Stock control; provide stock balance report of the products
• Make appointment with new customers through phone call and email on behalf of salesmen
• Coordinate the team; make sure work is done on time, correctly and accurately
• Recruiting / talent acquisition new people to join the sales team and conduct products briefing for them
• Travel to overseas headquarter company in Singapore to hand carry important documents and goods
