As a Jewelry Maker I've had the unique experience of learning skills across a retail environment and production environment, in turn making me a versatile worker. Starting in retail, I learned to create a satisfying customer experience though merchandising by putting together creative, eye catching displays and obtaining/ providing product knowledge. Once starting my production role, I learned how to be extremely detail oriented to assure each design I was making was up to standards, learned how to use many different tools and modalities at once and self managed while making quality work within a set time frame.

• Through this experience I have successfully managed multiple projects at once while maintaining quality and budgeting my time wisely.
• Mack of All Trades is a small craft business that I have been in the process of creating for the past 2 years. I am passionate about creating handmade gifts for others to love and have had over a year of small market experience. Mack of All Trades consists of crocheting, jewelry making, handmade cards, digital drawing, sewing/up-cycling clothes, and so on.

• As a catering assistant at a small business many challenges have been faced and overcome. An example of this would be the time we had an issue with one of our bread suppliers and were responsible for making 700 sandwiches the next day. To get around this we came up with a list of other resources we could use and incorporate in order to fulfill our order. With this I was willing to be flexible with my schedule, stay late and finish our order while working with completely new products and satisfying our customer. My duties here include, but are not limited to, preparing orders, cleaning and chore duties, running deliveries, and providing the utmost customer service to our clients.

• Throughout my time at Massage Envy, I acquired the skill of sales, managed staff and client schedules through various of communication platforms, while also educating clients on the importance of their membership with us. Through this opportunity, I gained valuable communication skills and created a foundation of trust with our clients that kept them coming back.

• As an Admin at U.S Compliance services, I had the unique opportunity of learning adaptability through the obstacle of quarantine. Due to this, I gained the amazing skill of flexibility, which I have carried to every opportunity since. Through my time here, I was able to master communication, as I didn't have the ability to be face to face with my teammates, and as well, a lot of my work included over-the-phone interviews, communicating only via email or online messaging and managing / filing sensitive information through online databases.

• At Smashburger our team, company, and environment was constantly changing. I learned to quickly adapt and self-manage by taking the initiative in training myself in all positions so I could be an asset and of help to the company. I started front of house and slowly trained myself, on slow days, in our back of house kitchen. This never went unnoticed, which earned me the title of Trainer. As a Trainer I educated employees on proper use of equipment and customer service skills while offering constructive criticism when necessary.
