• Responsible for growing our platform’s order or GMV
• Responsible for managing relationship with sellers and some brands including the onboarding process, managing on-going key account management or supporting sellers in
promotion/campaigns
• Responsible to support offline events with sellers in effort to build good relation or collect constructive feedback from sellers
• Responsible to have deep understanding on the Category you are accountable with. Including understanding products, sellers, market & competitor dynamics
• Analyze Category Product performance, including but not limited to analyzing product assortments and price competitiveness
• Analyze Category Sellers performance, including but not limited to analyzing # SKU, Sales, Seller activeness and other service qualities
• Analyze Category Overall Sales Performance both for daily sales as well as campaign sales
• Research on key Competitors of the category, focusing on parts related to their key business development strategy

• Making Presentation Lazada group to New Vendors
• Build relationship with Vendors
• Agreeing margins, Contract Term structuring deals with New Vendors
• Engaging vendors and getting the best brands and best price.
• Increasing profits and sales
• Analysis trend of the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new Vendors, etc
• Grows sales and maximize profitability across the product portfolio
• Focus in Self Sign Up Vendor (Tier 3), approach and identity their product and build Lazada across the country.
• Seller center training to vendors to upload the Sku’s and order shipping process
• Push vendors to upload 5 SKU’s to verified their account
• Ensure 100% achievement on Vendors live bi-weekly target
• Uploading product in website (Incl Editing the pictures on Photoshop and making product's description)
• Set the products that will be displayed on the home page.
• Set up a promo price
• Set up a banner on the website
• Set the stock on warehouse to prevent the minus
Build relationship with Vendors
• Agreeing margins, Contract Term structuring deals with New Vendors
• Engaging vendors and getting the best brands and best price.
• Increasing profits and sales
• Analysis trend of the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new Vendors, etc
• Handle the PO and Invoice of sales to vendors
• Coordination with buyers team for new products that want to upload
• Uploading product in website (Incl Editing the pictures on Photoshop and making product's description)
