Highlighted Deals:

• Assisted various foreign banks in amending existing facility agreements in relation to LIBOR to SOFR reference rate switch (2024 and 2023).
• Assisted PT Asianet Media Teknologi (Asianet) in obtaining a syndicated loan of up to IDR100 million from various lenders to finance the joint acquisition by Asianet and Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison of PT MNC Kabel Mediacom, a leading fiber-based network services provider in Indonesia (2023).
• Assisted a German bank in granting a loan of up to EUR26 million to the Republic of Indonesia, acting through its Ministry of Finance to finance the import of certain goods by a government body (2023).
• Assisted a Chinese bank in granting a syndicated loan of up to USD780 million to an Indonesian project company to finance the construction of a laterite nickel ore plant in Obi Island, Indonesia (2023).
• Assisted a Chinese bank in granting 2 syndicated loans of up to USD150 million and USD100 million respectively to an Indonesian project company to finance the construction and operation of a coke plant in Morowali, Indonesia (2023 and 2022).
• Assisted a Chinese bank in executing supplemental and amendment agreements in relation to the facility of up to USD1 billion provided to an Indonesian State Owned Bank (2021).

Shadowed experienced in-house counsels during meetings, gaining valuable insight into attorney-client relationships and effective communication techniques.
