Work History

Logistics Assistant

Intern
Jakarta, Indonesia
07.2020 - 08.2021

During these two months of my life, I am discovering the ins and outs of working life. About the romantic and cheerful working life depicted on television, I face the fact that working is a difficult task that requires diligence, scrupulousness, and, of course, hard work. And though I am only an Intern, I feel a sense of duty that unintentionally transforms me into a better person with new experiences. For the referred two months, I'm required to check on current supplies, shipments movement, and package code, as well as some other numbers-related tasks for the sake of check and balance. Regardless of the area of work that may or may not be relevant to my current study, I am sure that only by doing so can I be able to discover something different that is as important as any other career in any other field. If I may infer, it is not just the content of the work you may get that is significant, but also the character of the work you own and how you respond to the situation.

Accomplishments

Advanced title of National Mathematics Competition (2014)

  • Previously, I had a strong interest in mathematics. I initially took a four-year mathematics course, which got me used to it and started to fall in love with it because I found it interesting and somehow fixed in answer. I can recall being just 12 years old and getting the chance to represent my school in one of the most prestigious mathematics contests at the moment. Despite the fact that I did not proceed into international reach, I am still delighted and honored to have received the advance title listed on the certificate. From this point forward, I gained a lot of experience, including the sense of hard work, honesty, and heartfelt acceptance of defeat.

Grand Prix of International Dance Festival in Catalunya, Spain (2016)

  • The dance team is expected to schedule three months of rehearsal in order to perform three different Indonesian traditional dances in front of the foreign community. Several aspects have been considered, including dance movement, compactness, costume, crowd attractiveness, and traditional elements. Furthermore, after receiving a formal welcome from Rizal Ramli (official minister at the time), an article written in the national newspaper, and the chance to perform and receive an interview on the national television channel that broadcasted in 2016, thn the recognition of this award became widely known.

Third Best-Graduate from Labschool Cibubur Junior High School (2017)

  • Graduating with an average of 95 out of 100 scales on the National Examination Score made me happy because I earned this kind of honor after two of my friends with only slight differences. Math, Science, Indonesian Language, and English were the subjects tested, which I received a perfect score of 100 in Mathematics and the lowest score of 92.5 in Science.

Delegate on The Online Distancing Model United Nations 4.0 (2021)

  • For the first time, I chose OD MUN to begin along with the council of UNODC represented the nation, Japan, in the form of a virtual meeting. Delegates may engage in this opportunity to find solutions to the complicated problem of "Corroborating Justice and Security Against Witness Toward Transnational Organized Criminals". By participating in this gathering, I gained a variety of insights, including an awareness of a (simulated) United Nations conference, the opportunity to learn public speaking and critical thinking skills, and the opportunity to connect and share ideas through viewpoints using English.

Head of Human Resource of Sports Organization on State Senior High School 8 of Jakarta (2018-2019)

  • As the Head of Human Resources, I used to plan the process of creating organizational cadres in accordance with the organization's vision. The activities involved in the process include a monthly forum, training, a weekly exercise, and an introduction before the consultation day, which serves as the process's endpoint. Each event's technical guidelines and execution instructions must be generated systematically and by myself twice a week. By this practice, I may honestly say that there are many new virtues that I can learn from this chance, such as time management, logical thought, teamwork, leadership, the feeling of being liable, and many more things that I can't even tangle one by one.

Supervisor of An Athletic Cup of State Senior High School 8 of Jakarta (2018&2019)

  • Serving as a supervisor for two years in a row, I primarily deal with cooperation to subordinates beginning from days before the event until the d-day for designing the series of events that covers regulations, time management, facilities, and not to mention guest star participation. However, it is not impossible to be shifted to some other form of a job as I have had the experience to also work in the public relations and sponsorship department crossed my initial work.

Member of Sport Divisoin on Dema Justicia of Faculty of Law, Gadjah Mada University (2020-present)

  • The Sports Division of Dema Justicia generally holds sports-related activities as a kind of refreshment, with the aim of using them for leisure. Not only did the event include students, but it also required teachers or lecturers to participate as entire academicians of the faculty are permitted to contribute. This event includes games ranging from physical matches like soccer and basketball to video gaming competitions. The coordination between the committees, as well as the relationship between students and lecturers, contributed to the uniqueness of this gathering.

Member of Law Development on ALSA Local Chapter Gadjah Mada University (2020-present)

  • ALSA is an international consortium of around 12,000 law students and alumni located in 16 countries all over the Asian region no exception for Indonesia especially the Local chapter of Gadjah Mada university. Over several departments available, I am chosen to be part of the most vital branch of ALSA, Law Development. As per the Faculty's name, working as staff at the Law Development Division helped me to extract, create, and apply my legal knowledge. Individual points of view or thoughts, as well as the opportunity to convey them in the form of writings like online articles, are what make this department much more important and valuable to the sector. Aside from that, delivering workshops and legal coaching clinics to the group has been a daily operating initiative that has yielded a slew of benefits.

Master of Ceremony and Part of Event Department of ALSA Social Act (2021)

  • Alsa Social Act is an annual event sponsored by each od the ALSA Local Chapter's that serves as a sign of duty and service to society. Under the motto "Dream Big, Think Big," I had the chance to work in the event department from planning the event to participating as the Master of Ceremony. The gathering, which brought the philosophy of education, welcomed three famous and excellent individuals as interviewees. As Master of the Ceremony, I am responsible for steering the dialogue and making the experience more exciting. Begin by studying each interviewee's history and principles, then move on to arranging light talk, developing the gimmick and chemistry between MCs, and finally understanding. This experience taught me the most about positive communication techniques and public speaking.

The Role of Reporter in the field of Indonesian Journalistic (2016)

  • As part of the criteria for graduation from Junior School, I am required to write so-called science essays. In this project, I choose the Journalistic subject in which I was involved at the time. The systematical procedure for organizing the essay is similar to the general rules, but it is somewhat easier than the university dissertation. The essay's contents discusses for more and less are about the illustration of occupations in the journalistic world, the concept of a reporter, the initial role of becoming a reporter, and finally the important impacts of reporters that which influence the field of Indonesian journalism.
