Worked in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) division, handling the purchase of non-trade items and asset (both local and imported) for factory and office operational needs, from sourcing and procurement of materials until to the payment process.

Job responsibilities included:

1. Identifying and selecting suppliers and price negotiations

2. Developing new products and coordinating with both suppliers and users, also assisting supplier registration

3. Reviewing Purchase Requisitions (PR), creating, sending, and following up on Purchase Orders (PO)

4. Monitoring outstanding deliveries and submitting Down Payment Requests (DPR)

Worked in the Packaging Materials division, handling the procurement of packaging materials (both local and imported), from sourcing and raw material acquisition to the payment process.

Job responsibilities included:

1. Identifying and selecting suppliers, as well as negotiating prices

2. Developing new products and coordinating with suppliers and users, also assisting supplier registration

3. Reviewing Purchase Requisitions (PR), creating, sending, and following up on Purchase Orders (PO)

Preparing Account Payable (AP) documents for the payment process

Worked in the Packaging Materials division, assisting in monitoring the materials procurement process.

Job responsibilities included:

1. Monitoring packaging materials delivery schedules

2. Following up and negotiating with suppliers regarding activities such as rescheduling requests from PPIC and outstanding deliveries

3. Creating Purchase Order returns, printing, and sending the physical Purchase Orders

4. Coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure the arrival of materials
