• Perform Fund financial management function, including planning, daily operations, cash management, capital call, investment disbursement, and distributions.

I am responsible for the cost control and planning for GoTo Financials, including:

• Setting up and managing the annual and rebased budgets (OPEX and CAPEX) for all GoTo Financial entities.
• Conducting variance analysis to assess budget vs. actual performance across divisions.
• Analyzing P&L reports with a particular focus on expenses and cost commodities.
• Developing cost models and dashboards to provide actionable insights and drive decision-making.
• Collaborating with the Accounting team to ensure accurate expense posting during monthly closings and daily journal entries.
• Establishing and managing policies and procedures for Expense Requests.
• Contributing to system improvements and project implementations, including SAP, Coupa, and Concur.
