Senior Manager Mine Engineering is responsible for leading the mine engineering team and overseeing the design, planning, and optimization of mining operations. This role ensures that mine engineering activities align with production targets, safety standards, regulatory requirements, and long-term strategic goals of the company.

• 📍 Lead the development and continuous improvement of Life of Mine (LOM) Plans, including pit design, layout planning, mine scheduling, and environmental integration.
• 📊 Conduct comprehensive economic evaluations (NPV, IRR, BESR, cost sensitivity) to support investment decisions.
• 🛠️ Execute mining simulations and schedules to maximize resource extraction and align with end-of-life production goals.

Rsponsible for ensuring that all mining technical reports comply with regulatory requirements, internal standards, and industry best practices. This role involves reviewing and validating data related to production, reserves, resources, and mine planning to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting to regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.

• Collaborated with the Technical Site Team to address and resolve technical challenges effectively.
• Ensure all mine reporting activities comply with national regulations (e.g., ESDM in Indonesia), international standards (e.g., JORC, NI 43-101), and company policies.
• Executed responsibilities as the interim KTT at PT Apira Utama, ensuring compliance with mining and forestry permit regulations.
• Analyzed mining data to generate comprehensive reports for Management and Government at monthly, quarterly, yearly, and three-year intervals.
• Prepare and submit regular mining reports to government authorities, including RKAB, Laporan Triwulan, and other statutory submissions.
• Developed RKAB reports utilizing the ERKAB application for streamlined reporting processes.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure reporting practices are updated accordingly.

The Long Term Mine Planning Engineer is responsible for developing strategic mine plans that optimize resource extraction over the life of the mine. This role focuses on creating long-range plans that align with the company's business goals, regulatory requirements, and operational capabilities.

• Update long-term plans and schedules to align with the mine's approved strategy and resource allocation.
• Compile impactful reports and presentations showcasing the brownfields' potential surrounding known deposits.
• Prepare comprehensive inputs for the planning process.
• Conduct pit optimization, phase design, and long-term scheduling based on geological models and resource data.
• Execute pit mine optimization, including designs for pits, stockpiles, and waste dumps.
• Collaborate with geology, short-term planning, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment between long-term strategy and operational plans.
• Analyze and model different mining scenarios to assess the technical and economic viability.
• Assess equipment requirements and replacement strategies.
• Monitor the mining production team's compliance with mine perimeter regulations and resource distribution.
