Assembled Walk Behind Trowels and Hydraulic Ride On Trowels on a fast paced production line meeting daily production targets. Utilized a variety of hand and power tools daily to assemble and torque to blueprint specifications. Consistently maintained a clean and organized work space while following safety protocols and wearing proper protective safety equipment.

Managed all inbound calls maintaining proper phone etiquette and good customer service. Converted cold leads into hot leads and assisted in closing as well. I screened clients for programming and completed hundreds of insurance verifications daily. Communicated with my team following up on questions and/or clients.

Started as a Dishwasher/Prep Cook being responsible for maintaining cleanliness and prepping food for the day. Kept track of proper contained food and quality of produce. Promoted to Line Cook, communicating daily with a team to provide fresh and regulated food for customers.

Assisted my peers and/or staff that came to the helpdesk with technical issues related to their device, accounts, Microsoft Office apps, etc. Also utilizing the help of the Nampa School District Technology Department for any complications, certain procedures and many more.

Responsibilities included asset management and maintenance. Traveled throughout the district for various projects such as deployment, inventory, and maintained district assets and resources. Based out of a warehouse using pallet jacks occasionally, organizing and packaging to help ship out large equipment.

Responsible for breeding, feeding and watering all rats and mice daily. Maintained cleanliness of all enclosures weekly and assisted in the sales of rodents at maturity.
