- Assisting Customers: Answers questions, provides information, and processes returns or exchanges.
- Balancing Registers: Ensures accurate cash handling and reconciles daily transactions.
Barista:
- Preparing Beverages: Crafts a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Operating Equipment: Uses espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment to prepare drinks.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeps the coffee bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
